Hmm.. It’s really a nice feeling that you have successfully completed your VnA training and after a qualification round or say test you are now sent to Process Training.

What is Process Training?
Here your are trained to work for your process. The necessary knowledge is given to you so that you can complete your day to day work without any hassle and you can prove to be vital to your organization.

Process training is one of the important period in your job time, as you will learn all things related your actual job, how handle tools and necessary softwares.

I was selected for a US ISP, Technical support process, so I was supposed to have a sufficient knowledge of computer before I enter into training room. But trainer will take care of all issues and will make sure that you get all necessary knowledge before you hit the floor.
The first day will start with some brief introductions as tell me your names and all that stuff. Bu my trainer was very sporty, he never talked some technical terms for the first two days. We went through many confidence building measurements. We went through many exercises like introducing one self standing in front of entire class. Walk the Ramp etc. This not only built our self confidence but also made a good friendship among collogues.

As I was involved in Technical work which needed to have knowledge about networking, our training was focused on networking. First they gave us information about the company for which we were supposed to work, how it was formed, what’s its annual turn over, who are Chairman and all that stuff. Later we were moved to networking. They gave us a very good training on networking, this training made me prepared for giving a CCNA exam after few self study.

After every training session a candidate has to give an online test where he needs to score more than 80%. The scores are directly submitted to client through internet so one needs to be very careful in these tests. However as the tests are open book i.e. you can use resources as your training material to find answer one can easily score good score. But one definitely needs to score more than 80% to remain in process. So take these tests seriously.
