Tell Me Something About Yourself?
Answer:
Here candidate is supposed to tell in short about him/her self. The candidate should explain his/her resume in short. The candidate should start with my name is xyz and I am from (home town) and should in short explain resume.

Good after noon sir, I am xyz from abc, I came to this city for education and after finishing my exam now I am looking for a job. I would like to start with education background. I am a science graduate and completed my graduation from (College & University name) with first class. Then I completed my PG in (Subject) from (College & University name).
Explain if you have any job experience.
About my family, my father is a (profession) and mother is a housewife, I have one brother and sister studying in ..(Education/profession)
About my hobbies.. I love to read books and like to play football.

This is sufficient, if you want to add anything more, you can, make sure you talk at least for 45seconds fluently. Ideally you should speak in neutral accent for one minute.

Be very cautious about hobbies, as they will definitely ask you more questions on your hobbies.

Sir, the BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing. Here the business is outsourced to any other company. We take that business and process it. We are responsible for the work taken and for its quality. The companies which outsource its business pays for the work done as per the contract signed with BPO companies like us.

The HR person should get feeling like this person really knows what BPO is, where s/he wants to take up a job. You should be confident while answering this question.
