Sir, BPO is a very rapidly going industry in India, I would like to grab this opportunity and make my career into this field. I am sure I will definitely make a good career into this field that’s why I would like to join BPO. And especially (Company name) which is a rapidly growing organization. Which I think can offer me best that I deserve.

What are your hobbies?

Here, answer your hobbies one by one. Don’t give them a long list; mention two or three hobbies only. Most of the time candidates quote reading books and news papers. You say book-reading, they will ask you “which is last book that you read, and what was story?” so be cautious.
If you said, reading news paper, you should know at least name of that news paper; name of editor, specific column that you read, its author name etc.


What's Your Greatest Strength?
Answer :
Here you who have to decide your strengths, I can’t comment on what are your strengths are. However you can add on like ‘team player, good orator, good presentation skills etc.’


What Is Your Biggest Weakness?
Answer :
Again, here you who have to decide your weaknesses, I can’t comment on what are your weaknesses. However you can add on like ‘I can’t give good presentations’ BUT DO NOT FORGOT TOO ADD; I am working on my weakness and I am very confident that I will take over this challenge and can deliver good presentations soon.
